I had a concerning experience with the room as the door wouldn't lock, leaving me feeling unsafe throughout the night. Despite being listed as vacant, there were people in the room, which was unsettling. On the bright side, the hotel was nice considering the cost.

Upon entering the room, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, and there were no towels or wash rags available except for a dirty one left in the shower. However, the staff was very friendly and switched me to a clean and comfortable room. The location, though needing a good cleaning, was convenient for exploring Columbus Ga and Fort Benning Ga areas. The dining option was a highlight within a short distance, despite running out of food early. Overall, the hotel had its drawbacks but offered some positive aspects worth considering.
